DMH Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy and the Sports Enhancement Center are fortunate to each house a Hydrotrack. These state-of-the-art pieces of equipment allow patients to benefit from the restorative benefits of aquatic therapy, which include heat, buoyancy, and resistance of the water. The floor of the hydrotrack is a treadmill and allows patients to work on walking against the resistance of the water with less stress on the joints than a land-based treadmill.
