What do we do if the clinic is closed?

In the event that our clinic is closed we have after hour locations available which have access to our protocols.

If an injury occurs during non-operational hours, where DMH Corporate Health is concerned and your employee is treated at DMH Express Care or at the DMH Emergency Care Center, they will need to follow up at DMH Corporate Health the following business day. Please be advised the follow-up visit is essential to ensure appropriate medical case management.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

We prefer that you schedule an appointment for services and provide authorization for your employees. However, we will accommodate all walk-in patients.

Who do you send the bill to?

We can bill your company or your insurance company.

Establishing an account
What do I need to do to start sending employees in?

Companies desiring to establish an account need to provide us with Company Contact and Billing information. Please call to speak with Jayson Reisings, our Account Executive, or email to get set up or for more information.

What to do in case of an emergency?

All emergencies should be taken to the emergency room, please contact our clinic with any questions, concerns or regarding appropriate follow-up. We have staff on call 24 hrs.

Case Management
How do you follow up?

We have our own on-site Nurse Case Manager who believes in proactive intervention and follow up with patients, suggest referrals, and facilitate your employee’s recovery and return to work.

MRO Service
Is there an extra charge to have you be our MRO?

There is no additional charge for MRO Services.

Mobile Unit Service
When should we arrange for a mobile unit to come on-site?

It is best to schedule your requested date and service as early as possible. Call our Mobile Unit Coordinator at 876-4900.

Safety Training
Do you provide Safety Training and Certification?

We have certified safety instructors that are able to accommodate your training needs.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Do you provide EAP services?

We work closely with Chestnut Health Systems. They also have offices on-site at our facility.
