DMH Health Advantage Link can assist you in find a physician and direct you to get information on Women’s issues.

How it works

Using your touch-tone phone, dial toll free 1-877-DMH-LINK (or 1-877-364-5465). A recorded greeting will answer your call and ask you to enter one of the following:

1. If you would like to speak to someone directly.
2. If you need help finding a doctor. If you select this option, a receptionist or operator will answer your call and will direct you accordingly.
3. If you would like to access the DMH Women's Health and Breast Center.
4. If you would like to repeat the menu selections.
