Health Education Resource Guide
Our Mission: To improve the health of the people of Central Illinois
As hospital length of stay decreases and more and more patients are being treated outside the hospital setting, education has been and will continue to be an even more important component of care. That is why we developed this Guide for Health Education & Resources – to provide a reference of all the educational resources available throughout the Decatur Memorial Hospital Health System. The services and programs listed in this guide are in alphabetical order by service. For your convenience a telephone number has been provided for each listing; or you can call the DMH Education department 876-2900 for general program information.
