We are all proud of our children, grandchildren, and of those who have children. For this reason, DMH offers free electronic announcements. Anyone can announce a birth in three simple and easy steps.

The announcer must find the listing for the child they wish to announce.
After finding the child on our web site, one must press the announce button or the Customize and print button. |

You will be presented with a form to fill out. This form asks for customization of the announcemnent. You will be able to change text and colors. After filling out the form and pressing the button, you will see a preview of your announcement. |

Next, press "Send Announcement". You will then be prompted with a form. This form asks for the email addresses to send the announcement to. Press the button and your announcemnt will be sent imediately. |
