Drug Testing

Drug testing quick plates provide immediate results. For companies that follow DOT guidelines, results are generally available in 24 hours, unless further testing is required. The MRO reviews all results and consults with any patient who experiences positive tests to determine the reason for the results. The confirmatory screen protects the employer and the employee against false positives by identifying the unique molecular structure of a particular drug, e.g., Tylenol-3 with codeine. The MRO determines whether the person is legally using prescription drugs or is taking over-the-counter-medication.

Drug testing may be done for post-job-offer, physicals, random, reasonable cause and post accident. We can help your company set up random and "for cause" drug testing programs.

There is no additional charge for the MRO to evaluate the results of a drug test.
